Dress Code

The Club defines smart casual attire as neat and presentable collared shirts, casual pants, knee-length shorts, and shoes. Tank tops, sweat suits or jogging suits, Lycra or Spandex garments, ripped or frayed clothing and/or footwear and similar apparel are not permitted. Members and their guests are asked to respect the sensibilities of other members by striving to uphold standards of dignity and good taste in wardrobe selections.

Persons under the age of 21 are not permitted in the Club.

Conducting Business

Business-related documentation should be handled and displayed discreetly. Quiet discussions and the use of papers and laptop devices (with sound muted) by groups of no more than three are permitted in the Club. Cellular phones may only be used in a manner that does not disturb other members or their guests (see Membership Agreement for specific restrictions). Texting by cellular phone is permitted with the sound muted. At Management's discretion, the above activities may be terminated if other members report such activities as disruptive. The display of merchandise or business products and solicitation of said products or services by members to other members and/or guests is not permitted. The Club's name, street address, email address, and/or telephone numbers are not permitted for use as contact information on Member's personal or business-related correspondence or other materials.

Member Events

Members are encouraged to make advanced reservations and respect RSVP dates.

Private Humidified Lockers

  • To avoid the potential for agricultural pest infestation (e.g. tobacco beetle) of cigars stored in the Club's private lockers, all cigars shall be inspected by Management.
  • Members are not permitted to install their own lock on a Club locker.
  • Lockers cannot be used to store items that may violate any federal, state or city laws.
  • If upon inspection of lockers, items that which have neither been inspected and/or approved or violate some federal, state or city law are found, the items may be confiscated and/or destroyed without the reimbursement of member.  However, before such action is taken, the member shall be given twenty-four (24) hours-notice of such act to have the item(s) removed without the Club's action.
  • The Club is not responsible for articles left in the lockers or in other areas of the Club.
  • Management reserves the right to access any locker for the purpose of maintenance and inspection.
  • It is highly recommended that cigars be kept in boxes inside the locker. Each brand of cigar possesses its own subtleties in bouquet and flavor, which may be lost if different blends are not kept separate.
  • Upon termination of membership, all locker contents must be removed within 24 hours or items shall be deemed abandoned and will be disposed of in any manner Management may elect.

Food and Beverages on Premises

Each Member is permitted to bring or have delivered to the Club prepared foods for his/her personal consumption. Club Sponsored Special Events are exempt from this rule. No food preparation is permitted in the Club nor is food allowed on the service bar counter at any time; counter space is reserved for Members' use in beverage preparation and emptying/cleaning ashtrays only. Food not consumed by the Member shall depart the Club with the Member. Food left in the refrigerator at the Club's close each evening will be discarded.

Members are permitted to bring alcoholic beverages to the Club for personal consumption provided the alcoholic beverages are labeled with the Member's name. Labels are provided by the Club and are located in the service bar area. Member acknowledges that the ability to consume alcohol in the Club is a privilege and Member (and guest(s) if applicable) will consume such alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner and pursuant to Federal, State and Local Laws and/or Regulations. All alcoholic beverages must be removed from the premises or left under lock and key in Member's locker upon Member's departure from the Club. The Club is not responsible for any items left in the Club, and, under the law, Management reserves the right to remove and destroy any alcoholic beverage not under lock and key if Member is not present.

  • Management reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to alter, amend, rescind, and add to these Rules and Regulations. Membership shall be notified of such changes.
  • The Member shall hold the Club harmless from any and all liability shall the Member's action lead to some criminal or other legal liability.
